Materiaal
Topgrain leer is het buitenste deel van de huid waar het haar werd geschuurd tijdens de verwerkingsfase om onvolkomenheden te verwijderen. Strops gemaakt van topnerf leer hebben een uniform en vlak oppervlak.
Gebruik
Topgrain strops zijn universeel en werken met elke samenstelling, inclusief vaste pasta's. Gemonteerd op een hoogwaardige aluminium plano met schuine randen van 45° en geverfde afwerking.
Hoe te gebruiken
Schuif het snijvlak voorzichtig over de strop en herhaal dit 20-30 keer voor elke kant van het mes.
De beweging moet voorkomen dat de strop met de snijrand wordt beschadigd.

It provides a really good finishing touch to the sharpening process. I use Luxor compounds myself, and overall, I’ve had a great experience with this product. The glued-on leather is even and relatively firm. A high-quality product.

This leather strop is a great option for a reasonable price. Use with the Stroppy STUFF diamond suspension available from the same web. Great seller and good products, with a wide range of options. A good choice to visit before buying someplace else.

High-quality leather strop that removes the residue left by sharpening with whetstones and also polishes the knife's edge. The advantage of this leather strop, mounted on aluminum, is that I can maintain the exact same angle for the finishing stones. Be careful with the movement though, because the edge is so sharp that you can very easily cut the surface of the leather.

These are high-quality strops, nice and thick, and will allow you to recondition them on sandpaper over and over again. If you're a meticulous person, do this before using them for the first time to make them perfectly flat.
