Greeting to the community! I purchased a PDT Expert Pro 50/40 abrasive from Hapstone. I will start testing it on an Arcos Brooklyn 21cm chef's knife. By the way, good news—I have launched "Sharpening Services" in Estonia, in the city of Kohtla-Järve. I plan to serve other cities as well since Estonia is small and everything is close by. To the touch, the 50/40 stone feels quite soft, like velvet, and very pleasant.
I am currently working with the Kazak M100, but it has a drawback—it lacks fillet clamps. As you can see in the video, I had to slightly grind down the existing clamps for fillet knives. I spoke with representatives from Kazak Poland, and they promised to release fillet clamps by next year. In the near future, I plan to purchase the Hapstone R2. It is a very aesthetic tool with a lot of different features, and judging by the reviews from other sharpeners, the quality is top-notch. I will wait for the Christmas sales! )))

Hello to the knife community!
I purchased two Expert Pro abrasives (50/40 and 5/3) from Hapstone; I already own a pretty impressive PDT Premium Bronze set and decided to expand it a bit. I want to build it up to 12 stones. The set is missing three more stones—I want to work with fine increments when using these beasts.
