Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Return Shipping and Handling Costs

In the event of a return, the customer is required to cover not only the return shipping costs but also reimburse the initial shipping costs that we incurred to deliver the product, plus a handling fee. This policy covers:

  • Original Shipping Costs: The cost we initially incur to ship the product to you.
  • Handling Fee: A fee to cover the administrative and labor costs involved in processing the return, including inspection, restocking, and updating inventory and financial records.

These costs are essential to maintaining high standards of service and product quality.

Buyer’s Responsibility

The buyer is to cover return costs unless the product is deemed faulty. This includes the responsibility for the safe return of the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept 'change of mind' as a reason for a return.

Abrasive policy

Used abrasive products and strops cannot be returned. Sharpening stones, strops, compounds, and other abrasive materials are highly technical explicate products. All abrasive products are being sold "as is". Unexpected or unwanted behavior of the abrasive cannot be the reason for return. We don't offer refunds or exchanges of used abrasive products.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
