Material
Top-Grain-Leder ist die äußerste Schicht der Haut, bei der die Haare während der Verarbeitung abgeschliffen werden, um Unebenheiten zu entfernen. Riemen aus Top-Grain-Leder haben eine gleichmäßige und ebene Oberfläche.
Verwenden
Abziehriemen mit Korngröße sind universell einsetzbar und für alle Polierpasten, auch feste, geeignet. Sie sind auf einem hochwertigen Aluminiumrohling mit 45°-Fasen und lackierter Oberfläche montiert.
Wie benutzt man
Die Schneide vorsichtig über den Abziehriemen gleiten lassen und dies 20-30 Mal pro Seite der Klinge wiederholen.
Die Bewegung sollte vermeiden, den Strop mit der Schneide zu beschädigen.

It provides a really good finishing touch to the sharpening process. I use Luxor compounds myself, and overall, I’ve had a great experience with this product. The glued-on leather is even and relatively firm. A high-quality product.

This leather strop is a great option for a reasonable price. Use with the Stroppy STUFF diamond suspension available from the same web. Great seller and good products, with a wide range of options. A good choice to visit before buying someplace else.

High-quality leather strop that removes the residue left by sharpening with whetstones and also polishes the knife's edge. The advantage of this leather strop, mounted on aluminum, is that I can maintain the exact same angle for the finishing stones. Be careful with the movement though, because the edge is so sharp that you can very easily cut the surface of the leather.

These are high-quality strops, nice and thick, and will allow you to recondition them on sandpaper over and over again. If you're a meticulous person, do this before using them for the first time to make them perfectly flat.
