Hapstone R2 Opti Knife Sharpener
The Hapstone R2 Opti is a premium knife sharpening system built on the versatile Hapstone Modular Platform. Combining high precision, maximum rigidity, and modular expandability, the R2 Opti is ideal for enthusiasts looking for advanced performance right out of the box.
This version comes with a pair of whole milled angled clamps made from a solid piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, anodized in black for added corrosion resistance and surface strength. These clamps provide unmatched stability and are especially well-suited for Scandinavian grinds, kitchen knives, EDC blades, and fillet knives.
Each clamp is fixed with a single screw, making installation quick and convenient — especially compared to multi-screw clamp systems. The design also includes an undercut, allowing for sharpening knives with a full flat grind. The clamps can slide freely along the rotating clamp module, making it easy to secure knives up to 30 cm in length.
