3M Adhesive & Primer Set for Mounting Sharpening Stones

This set includes 3M 9448A double-sided adhesive tape and a 30ml primer for securely mounting sharpening stones to aluminum blanks.

Designed for reliable bonding and long-lasting performance, this kit is ideal for professional sharpening setups.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Cut the Tape – Cut a 160mm strip of tape.

2. Clean Surfaces – Remove dust, oil, and debris from both the stone and blank.

3. Apply Primer – Lightly coat both surfaces, wait 1–2 minutes to dry.

4. Attach Tape to Stone – Remove the first liner and press tape firmly to the stone.

5. Mount the Stone – Peel off second liner and carefully place the stone on the blank.

6. Important – Do not use clamps or excessive pressure; allow to set for 30 minutes.
